Tenets Foundation is a non-profit organization focused on tackling inequalities for minorities in the Agriculture Industry.
How do we work?
The Founders of the Nonprofit recognize the disparity between those in upper level management and lower-level workers in the global supply chain when it comes to economic status and education. Those individuals holding lower positions often have significantly fewer assets, income, retirement savings, business equity, and lack the resources and education they need in order to advance their careers and create a better life for themselves and their families. The Nonprofit seeks to close the gap by:
EDUCATION
By nurturing relationships with likeminded organizations and private individuals, we're able to unlock new sources of capital and scale up our work far beyond what traditional funding can do alone.
