How do we work?

The Founders of the Nonprofit recognize the disparity between those in upper level management and lower-level workers in the global supply chain when it comes to economic status and education. Those individuals holding lower positions often have significantly fewer assets, income, retirement savings, business equity, and lack the resources and education they need in order to advance their careers and create a better life for themselves and their families. The Nonprofit seeks to close the gap by:
